Terms of delivery

The cost of transport is borne by the customer with the mention that this cost is highlighted when selecting the mode of transport. For home delivery, the handling of the products from the transport machine to the destination is the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery is by courier (Fan Courier or DPD) "Door to door": the package comes directly to you in a short time (between 24-48 hours - on weekdays). Payment is refunded when the recipient receives the package directly from the Fan Courier / DPD agent, the amount paid being the price of the product / products + the price of cash or bank card transport.

If the package cannot be delivered (the recipient does not respond, the address you specified is wrong, etc), you will be contacted by telephone by the courier. If the recipient cannot be contacted, parcels remain at the Fan Courier / DPD zonal center for 5 days, after which I return to the Shipper.

The package can only be shipped internally (shipping price: between 25-30 lei), it depends on the locality.

We are not responsible for delayed shipments, the loss, destruction, damage, non-delivery or incorrect delivery of a consignment or part thereof if they are caused by the following situations / circumstances beyond our control:

- roadblocks (falling trees, cliffs, chain collisions), landslides near the road

- bridge falls, clogging of mountain tunnels, derailment of trains near the road, natural blockages, unauthorized strikes, revolt spontaneous regional, unfavorable meteorological conditions for the good development of the proposed itinerary

- natural causes: earthquakes, cataclysms, devastating storms, tornado, natural fires, floods, river discharges, whitewashing, etc

- human causes: state of war, state of siege, forced nationalization (transfer to state ownership), revolutions, popular uprisings etc

Delivery times:

The estimated delivery time is maximum 2 weeks from the time of firm confirmation of the order by the sales operator (by phone and / or the billing message). For orders paid by bank transfer, the delivery term will be calculated from the moment of receiving the full payment in the Seller's account.

The delivery time depends on the physical availability of the product. The stock information is visible on the page of each product and is updated periodically. The status can be displayed in the variants presented below:

  • In stoc : the product is in stock, in an amount that we consider sufficient for the pace of sales;
  • Data următoarei aprovizionări : the product is in the supplier's stock, the date of the next supply can be taken into account. The order can be placed after the product enters the Seller's stock (and change its status: In stoc).

If the billing and delivery information provided by the Buyer is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot guarantee compliance with delivery terms. Within the available time we will try to contact the Buyer to establish a new order fulfillment term.. If we do not receive any sign from the Buyer in 24 for hours, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Checking the package upon delivery

În cazul in care numărul coletelor diferă de cel specificat in documentele de transport sau coletele prezinta deteriorări vizibile la primirea prin curier, we recommend the buyer to refuse their receipt and to ask the courier to draw up a statement in his presence. Furthermore, rugam cumpărătorul sa ne semnaleze acest incident in ziua livrarii printr-un email la contact@vitaminart.ro or on the phone. Any subsequent complaint regarding these issues will be considered null and void and will not be considered..

If the package shows slight damage to the packaging or does not show any damage but contains perishable goods we advise the Buyer to request the verification of the contents of the package. If the product is affected, the receipt of the package is refused and the ascertaining report is drafted in the presence of the courier. If the product is affected and there is no mention / observation on the courier's note or no report concluded with the agent, the product cannot be changed.

If the driver refuses to draw up the report, The buyer is asked to notify us as soon as possible (prin telefon sau email la contact@vitaminart.ro) in termen de maxim o ora pentru a verifica cu transportatorul. Reclamațiile ulterioare termenului de o ora nu vor putea fi luate in considerare.

Special delivery conditions:

External factors may occur during delivery that may cause delays regardless of our will or the courier: unfavorable weather conditions, accident, other roadblocks. Once we know about the occurrence of these cases, we will inform you as soon as possible about the situation of the expedition.

BILLING - PAYMENT

Goods prices displayed on the site www.vitaminart.ro includ T.V.A. according to law.

Price, the payment method and the payment term are specified in each Order. The Seller will issue to the Buyer an invoice for the delivered products, the Buyer's obligation being to provide all the information necessary to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force.

The Seller will send the Buyer the invoice related to the Order, except for any other payment related to the Order, exclusiv in format electronic, by adding the invoice to the Buyer's Account or by e-mail, to the e-mail address mentioned by the Buyer in his Account.

For a correct communication of the invoice related to the Order, The Buyer has the obligations to update the data in his Account whenever necessary and to access the information and documents related to each Order., existing in Cont.

Through this way of communication the Buyer, accessing his account, will keep a record of the invoices issued by www.vitaminart.ro, being able to save and archive them in turn at any time and in any way he wants.

By sending the Order, The Buyer agrees to receive the invoices in electronic format by adding them by the Seller in the Account or by e-mail, to the e-mail address mentioned in his Account.

In some cases, to maintain the security of Transactions, when registering the Order, The Buyer will be asked to authorize the payment by re-entering the password related to the Account or using the fingerprint in the case of mobile terminals that have this facility.

For security reasons of Transactions The Client / User / Buyer is advised not to remain logged on the Site and not to set the option of automatic login on mobile devices.. Disclosure of the account access password is not allowed and it is recommended to use a strong security password (of ex.: contain at least eight characters, including capital letters, small letters, numbers and special characters).
